Run the real-operations demo path

Start from public discovery, move through Host creation and Applications, then inspect approval, Prep chat, Recap, Rating, Trust, and Admin/Ops surfaces. Current routes use local mock contracts until Supabase Auth, RLS, and staging services are wired.
